• Map business requirements to Five Sigma's platform capabilities and define appropriate configurations.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and technical implementation teams to evaluate solution approaches.
Data Analysis & Integration
• Analyze customer data structures, quality, and business meaning.
• Own source-to-target data mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation criteria.
• Support data migrations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Use SQL to investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, and validate results.

Testing & Validation
• Define business test scenarios and expected outcomes.
• Validate configurations, workflows, calculations, reports, and migrated data.
• Support UAT and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues.
• Ensure the delivered solution meets agreed business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with customers, Delivery Managers, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, mappings, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Remain actively involved from discovery through go-live.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business & Data Analyst in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, claims management, or insurance technology.
• Familiarity with claims workflows, policy administration, and insurance data.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, data migration, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into functional requirements and specifications.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
