We are expanding our global roster and looking for top-tier Generalist and Python AI Trainers to join our fast-growing team.
Role 1: Generalist AI Trainer
As a Generalist Trainer, you will craft complex prompts, evaluate model responses for nuance, logic, and factual accuracy, and rewrite answers to reflect expert-level human reasoning across various domains.

Compensation: $30 – $45 per hour
•
Key Responsibilities:
•
Design challenging prompts to test the limits of advanced LLMs.
•
Fact-check, critique, and improve model-generated responses for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
•
Compare multiple model outputs and provide detailed justifications for your rankings.
•
What We're Looking For:
•
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in any academic discipline (or students on session).
•
Exceptional writing, editing, and critical thinking skills with flawless attention to detail.
•
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
Role 2: Python AI Trainer
As a Python AI Trainer, you will focus on evaluating and improving code-generation capabilities, debugging intricate algorithms, and authoring complex programming tasks to test advanced coding models.

Compensation: $55 – $120 per hour (based on expertise and complexity)
•
Key Responsibilities:
•
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code to test LLM coding assistants.
•
Evaluate model-generated scripts for bugs, edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and optimal performance.
•
Create diverse, multi-step coding prompts and benchmark solutions.
•
What We're Looking For:
•
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with popular libraries/frameworks.
•
Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
•
Experience in code review, software engineering, or technical writing is a strong plus.
